Thank you
for trusting us to care for you. All of our physicians and staff are committed
to providing you with high quality, cost-effective and convenient medical care.
Here you’ll find useful information to help ensure that you and your loved ones
can interact with us easily and effectively.
Helpful Tips
Our
offices operate on daily schedules, so it’s very important that you have a
scheduled appointment. We are not able to accommodate walk-ins. To promote a
safe and healthy environment for patients and staff, we request that persons
with a contagious illness or condition not accompany you to the office. In
consideration of other patients, please limit the number of family members in
patient care areas. Children under the age of 15 are not permitted in the
Treatment Suite and Lab areas.
To give
you the best care, your physicians and nurses need to know about the
medications you’re taking. Please bring any new medication bottles with you to
your physician appointments so that we can write down the exact name, dose and
schedule of your medicines.
During and After Treatment
We
provide soft light snacks for patients
receiving treatment. You may need to pack a more substantial snack if you have
specific dietary needs or restrictions, or if your treatment lasts more than a
few hours. After treatment, you will receive a discharge instruction sheet with
useful information about your care. Please have this sheet available when
calling after hours and on weekends.
If you call after hours, you will talk with our
on-call physician who will not have your chart available. You’ll need to
provide information about your situation so the doctor can make a decision to
best meet your needs.
