FACTS and TIPS FOR PREVENTING THE INFLUENZA/SWINE FLU · Influenza is thought to spread mainly person-to-person through coughing or sneezing of infected people. · Cover your nose and mouth with a tissue when you cough or sneeze. Throw the tissue in the trash after you use it. · Wash your hands often with soap and water, especially after you cough or sneeze. Alcohol-based hand cleaners are also effective · Avoid touching your eyes, nose or mouth. Germs spread in that manner. · If you get sick, the Center for Disease Control and Prevention recommends you stay home from work or school and limit contact with others to keep from infecting them.
OHC Holiday Closings
Our offices will be closed for normal business on Friday, July 3, 2009 to celebrate Independence Day. We are unable to refill prescriptions after-hours and on weekends/holidays, so please keep this in mind if you are running low on medications. You will want to contact our office during normal business hours or request refills at your next office visit.
